Our Journey

We founded quickChallan because we saw the daily frustration of timber merchants trying to force-fit their complex operations into rigid software like Tally. They were stuck using calculators to convert sheet dimensions into square feet before typing the final amount into their computers. We decided to bridge this gap by baking the inherent logic of the timber trade directly into the core of a modern, fast, and mobile-friendly application.

With our solution, when a trader selects an 8x4 sheet, the app automatically knows it's 32 sq.ft. When they sell a door frame, the system calculates the cubic feet (CFT) effortlessly without requiring a degree in mathematics. We eliminated the spreadsheets and the chaotic paper trails, replacing them with professional, instant PDF challans that merchants can send directly to the construction site via WhatsApp.
